We have been in business for nearly 50 years. In that time, we have built tooling to service all forms of the industry. HVAC ducts, Air Intake ducts, Radiator Overflow Bottles, and Washer Fluid Bottles are just some of the components we cater to in the automotive segment. We also build molds for the toy, agricultural, and consumer industries. If it\u2019s blow mold-able we can build it.<\/p>

Mallory Pattern Works has built a reputation for having high quality tooling, with very aggressive pricing. Turnaround times are also something we pride ourselves on. Typical lead time for a tool is around 2 weeks. Sooner if needed.<\/p>

Our equipment list currently consists of, but not limited to, three HAAS VF-7, one HAAS VF- 9\/40 and one HAAS UMC 750 5 axis mill. This allows us to cut and build multiple molds at a time, which in turn means savings for you.<\/p>
